PRIVACY NOTICE.
What we receive, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Review draft / 8 September 2026Who is responsible
One Paid Media is the agency brand responsible for enquiries and business contacts received through this website. Contact the team at hello@onepaidmedia.com for privacy questions.
Publication required: confirm the full legal controller name, registered or business address, company number and registration jurisdiction, where applicable. The previous website used “One Paid Media Ltd”; that identity has not been verified for this draft.
This notice covers the public agency website and business enquiries. Client campaign data and access to our internal tools need to be addressed in the relevant client agreement, processing terms and any service-specific privacy information.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, budget range and message. The fields depend on the form you use. Email correspondence can also contain your signature and other contact details.
The website and its hosting services receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. Optional analytics and LinkedIn tracking can collect further browsing and device information if you choose to enable them.
You do not have to enquire or accept optional tracking to browse. We need enough contact information to reply to an enquiry. Please do not put passwords, API keys, customer lists or sensitive personal information in a public form.

Sending an enquiry is not consent to optional advertising cookies or an unrelated email newsletter. This website does not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
Your right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Contact us using the email above.
Forms and other providers
- FormSubmit receives submissions from the homepage contact form and forwards them to our enquiry inbox. See FormSubmit's privacy information.
- Formspree processes submissions from the Sprinklr enquiry form. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Hosting, security and email providers help deliver the website, protect it and handle correspondence. Their exact identities and access arrangements must be confirmed before this draft is published.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Loading a page makes a technical request to Google, which includes your IP address and browser information. This is separate from optional Google Analytics. See Google Fonts privacy information.
- Google Analytics and LinkedIn are optional services on selected public pages. They load only after the relevant choice is enabled. Details are in our cookie notice.
Team members and appointed service providers may access information where needed to handle your request or deliver agreed work. Professional advisers or authorities may receive relevant information where necessary for legal obligations or claims. Do not assume messages disappear after delivery: copies can remain in our inbox and the form provider's systems.
International processing
The services listed above may process information outside the UK. Their policies describe their own locations and practices, but do not by themselves establish the contractual safeguards in place for our use of them.
Publication required: verify each provider's contracting entity, processing locations and applicable transfer mechanism. Record any UK adequacy basis or agreed transfer safeguards, and how a person can obtain a copy. Do not publish an unverified promise that every transfer is covered.
For questions about a particular provider or transfer, email hello@onepaidmedia.com.
How long information is kept
Retention should be based on the purpose of the record, whether an enquiry or client relationship is still active, any applicable legal record-keeping requirement and the need to resolve a dispute. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised, including relevant copies held by service providers where possible.
Cookie lifetimes and the 180-day privacy-choice period are listed in the cookie notice. These are not the same as retention periods for enquiry emails or data held in an analytics account.
Publication required: confirm the actual enquiry, client-record, server-log and analytics retention schedule, provider deletion settings and who carries out the review. This draft does not promise an automatic deletion process that has not been checked.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information. You can object to legitimate-interest processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Use to change optional tracking choices. For other requests, email hello@onepaidmedia.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
The usual response period is one month, subject to lawful extensions or other applicable rules. We will explain any restriction or extension that applies. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the relevant authority where you live.
Changes and contact
We will update this notice when the website or our data practices change and show the revision date above. Please contact hello@onepaidmedia.com if you have questions or need this information in another format.
