How do you track conversions so we both agree on the numbers?

We use a combination of platform pixel data, UTM parameters, and your own analytics to reconcile results. Before we start, we agree on the attribution model — last click, first click, data-driven — and we both work from the same numbers. You'll have full access to everything and we'll walk you through the monthly reconciliation before invoicing. If there's ever a discrepancy, we discuss it before anything is charged.
What exactly does the £4,950 Launch Investment cover?

Everything in Phase 1: a full media strategy, creative production (up to 6 ad variants), platform account setup, pixel and conversion tracking, and approximately 6 weeks of initial media spend to test and prove the model. There are no additions, no surprises, and no extras. The launch investment is a fixed, all-in cost. Once it's made, you never pay us directly again.
What if the ads don't generate revenue after the launch phase?

Your launch investment funded Phase 1 — creative, setup and 6 weeks of testing. If campaigns aren't yet generating revenue, you have full data on what was tested, what worked, and what we're improving. Ongoing: you pay us nothing until campaigns produce revenue. No monthly fee, no retainer — we only earn a share of what we generate. If ongoing revenue is £0, our ongoing fee is £0. We don't earn until you do.
What exactly is your ongoing percentage and how is it determined?

Typically between 12–18% of tracked revenue generated through your campaigns — the exact figure depends on your product margins, average order value, and category. Critically: this is not an additional fee you pay us. It comes from the revenue side — deducted from what we produce together, not charged to your account. After Phase 1, your only outgoing is media direct to the platform. Our share comes out of the sales that media generates. We agree the exact percentage before launch — in writing, fixed, no changes.
What do I need to provide? Do I need existing creative or ad accounts?

Very little. We need access to your brand assets (logo, fonts, product images), your website, and your ad account (or we set one up). Everything else is handled by us. If you have existing creative we can use it — but we'll likely produce new assets anyway. What converts tends to look different from what a brand thinks will convert.
Is there any lock-in after the launch phase?

The launch phase runs for 6–8 weeks and is covered by your investment. After that, we move into the ongoing partnership. There's no long-term lock-in — either side can end with 30 days' notice. We'd rather keep you because results are good, not because a contract traps you. Most partners who see results in Phase 1 continue for 12+ months.
This sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?

There isn't a catch — but there are conditions. We're selective. We only take brands we're genuinely confident we can grow. If we don't think it'll work, we'll tell you in the first call. We also need a product that converts online, a working website, and the ability to handle increased orders when campaigns scale. The real risk is ours — we cover ongoing management and creative from our own resource and only earn back through results. That's why we have to be right about who we partner with.
